| The office is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30-5:00pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The office is closed from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm daily for lunch |

| The office is located in the Providence Medical Building at 1140 Varnum Street, NE in Suite 107, Washington, DC 20017. The Medical Building is connected to Providence Hospital. |

| When should new patients arrive? |
| New patients should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete paper work and for insurance verification. |

| Can I be seen without a valid insurance referral from my primary care doctor if my insurance requires one? |
| No. If your insurance company requires that you have a referral you must have a valid insurance referral number from your primary care doctor before you can be seen by any specialist and before your insurance company will pay for your visit. It is the patient’s responsibility to obtain the referral from your primary care doctor. |

| If I have an emergency can I be seen that day? |
| Yes, every effort will made to see you that day whether you’re a new or old patient. |

| I don’t have insurance. Can I still be seen as a patient? |
| Yes, however you will be charged a discounted fee for the services provided. |

| Do you dispense hearing aids? |
| Yes, most hearing aids are not covered by insurance, but our prices are much competitive than commercial chain stores. We also offer access to "Care Credit" for financing hearing aids. Please ask for more details. |

| Do we charge for missed appointments? |
| No, but we ask you to give us at least a 24 hour cancellation notice to make room for potential urgent appointments . |
